How do I choose the right wig style?
Start with coverage type (full / half / partial weaving), then length and colour. Visit our Mong Kok showroom to try on, or WhatsApp us with a photo if you want a second opinion.
Can I return a wig?
Unopened items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Worn, cut, or used wigs cannot be exchanged.
Do you offer medical / sensitive-scalp wig options?
Yes. Our full wigs are already specified for medical-use wear, so we don’t keep a separate medical label. WhatsApp us or try on in Mong Kok.
Do you deliver in Hong Kong?
Yes. We deliver across Hong Kong, and shipping is free on every order. Contact us on WhatsApp for timing and special requests.
Can I visit your showroom?
Yes. Our showroom is at 1/F, 59 Sai Yeung Choi Street South, Mong Kok (Crazycolour workshop), MTR Mong Kok Station Exit D3. WhatsApp us to arrange a visit for colour matching and fit advice.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes. We can arrange shipping to other countries. Fees, timing, and availability depend on the destination — please WhatsApp or contact us before ordering if you need overseas delivery.
How do I wash and care for a wig?
Wash synthetic pieces with wig-safe cleanser in lukewarm water and avoid high heat. Store on a stand when not worn. In-store deep cleaning is available in Mong Kok. See the wash guide.
