Yes, we ship overseas. Pieces leave from Hong Kong. Every Hong Kong order has free local delivery. Overseas postage is extra. It is not included in Hong Kong free shipping.

Hong Kong local delivery is usually about 2–4 working days, depending on district and courier. Overseas takes longer; we quote after we know the destination. Making or restock time is separate — do not assume payment means it flies the same day.

The base rule is the same as Hong Kong: unopened items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Worn, cut, or used wigs cannot. How an overseas return is sent, and who pays return postage, is handled case by case — message us before you post anything back.
