Clean and treatment can be booked apart, or asked as a same-day pair if we think it is suitable.

• Deep clean HK$200 / month: build-up, smell, and the cap area.
• Treatment HK$100: when fibre feels dry or straw-like.
• Melted fibre or a bad cut: cleaning will not undo it. WhatsApp a close-up; don’t comb harder.

2. Bring the piece; bring the tools you normally use if that helps.
3. If you washed it recently, say so — we avoid stacking harsh processes.
