• Hong Kong: local delivery is available, and shipping is free on every order.
• Overseas: we can ship to other countries. Fees, timing, and availability vary by destination — please WhatsApp or contact us before you order.

• All orders: usually 2–4 working days, depending on district and courier timing. Confirm making time in store or on WhatsApp.

Shipping & returns

• Unopened products: returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
• Worn, cut, or used wigs cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Quality issues: contact customer service and we will help resolve them.
